Because the dolls and other items are each handmade they can come in different colors with slightly different faces or details other than the photo's. They also can be slightly larger or smaller than the stated size.
If for some reason you do not like what you got, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery for return authorization, and the items must be returned in un-used condition and in original packaging. (Many items have special boxes and bags others do not). Items must be sent back via priority mail with delivery confirmation! Only after we have received the items back and they check out OK, will we issue a refund minus 15% restocking fee. Otherwise all sales are final.
